At Grace Church, much of the essential work of serving, teaching, and caring for one another is done by members of our church family as they exercise their spiritual gifts and abilities. Under the leadership of our Elders, we occasionally add paid staff members to help facilitate the work of leading, planning, and supporting different areas of ministry. Grace Church
We are an independent, Bible-teaching local church located in North Texas. We’ve been around since 1963, and our consistent mission since then has been to develop maturing followers of Jesus Christ. We’re known for our grace-oriented approach to ministry and our commitment to teaching the way of Jesus found in Scripture. We think our staff is friendly and fun, and we’re always excited to welcome new people.
Wichita Falls
With a population just over 100,000, Wichita Falls offers some of the advantages of a larger community while retaining a small-town feel and a low cost of living. People often comment that Wichita Falls is a great place to raise a family, with its cozy neighborhoods and newly updated schools. If you do love the big city, we’re an easy 2 hours away from larger metropolitan areas like Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma City.

Full-Time Positions
Student Pastor
As the Student Pastor, you will have the unique opportunity to shepherd and invest in 6th–12th grade students as they learn what it means to follow Jesus and be an integral part of the body of Christ, the Church. You’ll also create opportunities for students to build relationships with each other and with older mentors through fun and engaging activities, discipleship programs, and corporate worship.

Part-Time Positions
Adult Ministry Assistant
The Adult Ministry Assistant acts as an administrative support to all Adult Ministry Leaders including the Lead Pastor and Pastors for Operations, Education, Community, Arts and Technology, and Worship. The Adult Ministry Assistant also works with the Church Administrator to manage the daily operations of the office.
